2.- General Terms of Use.

The following General Terms regulate the use and access to the Web portal, whose purpose is to be the gateway to VANCOUVER MEDIA, offering users information, services and content via the Web. VANCOUVER MEDIA allows the user to access information, images, news, videos and other elements related to VANCOUVER MEDIA and the activities it develops as well as the services it provides.
